If you wish to return merchandise to us, please contact us before doing so. All products are covered by our Satisfaction Gurantee. Please indicate the reason for the return and a telephone number where you can be reached. You should hear from us within 2 business days.  
 
Order Cancellations or Changes:  
 
If for some reason you need to cancel or change an order, please notify us at service@carbonberry.com ASAP. Please give very detailed instructions regarding your change request and a phone number were you can be reached. NOTE: Orders may not be canceled once the shipping process is initiated.
 
Defective Product Returns:  
 
If you receive a defective product please contact us immediately. We will arrange for shipping a new product and instructions on how to return or dispose of the defective product.
