You are in the U.S. or Canada 

 

We currently use FEDEX , UPS or Canada Post for shipment within Canada or to the U.S. . During the checkout process , customers are given the option to select their preferred shipping priority (e.g. Piority, Next Day, 2 Day, Ground) . We do not add a premium on the shipping rate provided to us by the carrier.

 

Note: Perhaps you live in a beautiful but remote part of North America or maybe you purchased one of our very bulky rain barrels. On those occasions, we sometimes have to change the shipping charges. No worries! On those occasions, we always contact you directly before processing the order.  Who knows, maybe we can work together to find some creative shipping alternatives. 

You are in Toronto (Transit Delivery)

 

At Carbonberry, we really try and "walk the talk".  If you are close to a TTC route (subway, streetcar or bus) and your order is under 5 kg, we typically use the services of a low footprint service provider like Away Courier. A-Way is a non-profit transit-based courier service operating in Toronto since 1987 and staffed by survivors of mental health challenges.

You are close to a patch (Free Local Delivery ) 

We currently offer "Free Local Delivery" to people who are close to a carbonberry patch.

 

Note: During checkout, a shipping charge will be displayed even though you may be within the free delivery area. No worries! We will remove the charge before processing your order. Our techno geeks should have this fixed soon!
